  24. Not exactly.  A 15% restocking fee is charged by many, but not ALL
  25. mail order houses.  Let's call it what it is, a 15% guaranteed profit
  26. fee (for no service rendered).  I think it's close to being unethical.  If 
  27. they won't exchange or refund (they're not required to), what not help me
  28. get factory service during the warranty period instead?

  43. : quality of Software Hut *anywhere* since 1988.  They are a hell of a lot
  44. : better than CopperHead or Divine.  Those people are like dealing with
